Crown Envy was born from the shared vision of two powerhouse women—Ashleigh Larson and Rachel Samucha—who came together to create a salon experience that celebrates beauty, confidence, and community.
With a deep background in public health, education, and community outreach, Ashleigh has spent her career helping people feel seen and supported. As a university lecturer, program manager, and advocate for mental wellness and equity, she understands the value of self-care and the transformative power of feeling your best. Her passion for creating spaces where people thrive is the heartbeat behind Crown Envy’s mission.
Rachel, a 13-year veteran of the beauty industry, brings unmatched salon operations expertise and a proven track record in leadership, team building, and sales strategy. She’s led multiple high-performing teams across California for The Drybar, consistently turning around underperforming locations and mentoring new leaders to success. Her experience in luxury hair care and love for cultivating strong client relationships laid the foundation for the Crown Envy service standard.
Together, Ashleigh and Rachel fused their talents to build something more than a salon—they created a women-owned, small business rooted in empowerment, expertise, and intention.
